Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any service provided by ahw99, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy.

ahw99 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this platform after any change takes effect is considered your acceptance of the amended terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

ahw99 services are only available to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction that prohibits online betting activities.
• Acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• Not subject to any self-exclusion from betting that is still in effect.

Each user is only permitted to register one account. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or avoiding verification is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The ahw99 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the method chosen and the internal verification process.
• All transactions must use a payment method registered in the user's own name only.
• ahw99 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial service providers.

Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to the fulfilment of the specified wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted before the wagering requirements are met will be automatically rejected.

Bonuses and Promotions

ahw99 offers various promotional offers to registered members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms set at the time the offer is presented. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• First deposit bonus: 200% up to RM1,000 — with a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM200, bringing the balance to RM300. Wagering requirement: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 before a withdrawal is processed.
• Each account is only eligible to receive a particular bonus once unless otherwise stated.
• ahw99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

The ahw99 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to loyal members: Bronze tier (up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%) and Gold (up to 1.5%). Progress within the VIP programme is determined based on the user's betting activity over time.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

ahw99 users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Opening an account using false information or stealing another person's identity.
• Using automation software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Conducting any transaction related to terrorism financing or money laundering.
• Abusing bonus offers through multiple account betting or hedging strategies intended to avoid risk.
• Selling, transferring or trading an account to a third party.
• Threatening, verbally abusing or harassing ahw99 customer support staff.

ahw99 reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity, suspend accounts temporarily during an investigation, and permanently close accounts if wrongdoing is proven. Decisions made by ahw99 management in such matters are final.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the ahw99 customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be returned to the user subject to the fulfilment of the relevant conditions.

ahw99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• The user breaches any provision of these terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• The user is unable to verify their identity or source of funds within the specified period.
• It is required in order to comply with instructions from the relevant authorities or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

ahw99 provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. ahw99 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, connection outages or scheduled system maintenance.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Disputed game outcomes once all internal investigation procedures have been completed.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of ahw99 to any user will not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

ahw99 operates under an international licence and complies with the applicable legal requirements in its operating jurisdiction. These terms and conditions are governed by the relevant licensing laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ahw99's internal complaints process may be referred to a dispute resolution body recognised by our licensing authority. Users are encouraged to use the 24/7 customer support channel as the first step in resolving any issue.
